1. Consume more fish.

3. Drink more water.

Water is a vital part of healthy eating for life. Just imagine: 70 per cent of our body is water which needs to be replenished and refreshed on a daily basis.

• Clean up the entire body, particularly colon from waste products that cause serious diseases,
• Eliminate digestion problems, especially constipation.

4. Use vegetables oils instead of animal fat.

Healthy eating for life should include vegetable oils, particularly olive oil. These unsaturated and healthy oils are important for everyone who wants to avoid obesity and live longer life.

Practical tip: Exclude all saturated fat and instead use only vegetables oils, especially olive and flaxseed oil in all your meals and salads.

5. Drink green or herbal teas instead of black tea or coffee.

Black tea and coffee is very harmful for total health. Even if you have succeeded in weight loss with coffee based diet, you will likely regain that lost weight. Practical tip: Healthy eating for life should include natural drinks like green tea rich in antioxidants or herbal teas with various useful properties for health.
