Deadly Mistakes In Losing Weight

Are you frustrated with your weight loss? You follow a diet or some other weight loss program and yet you can't seem to lose any pounds? You exercise regularly and still weight the same, and running 3 miles five days a week actually made you gain several pounds? Your frustration is understandable, with so many different weight loss programs out there, that often tell you to do completely opposite things, it can be hard to find the truth about weight loss. But this article will reveal the there deadly mistakes you should avoid when trying to lose weight. Avoiding those mistakes will help you lose fat fast. In fact, many people are amazed at how fast their weight drops once they change their program to avoid those mistakes.

1) Avoid Eating Less Often. Now this is where a lot of people make a huge mistake, if you want to lose weight you need to eat more often not less. This may sound counter intuitive, which is in fact the reason why people make this mistake. But, if you eat one huge meal a day, that tells your body that the food may not be available and that it should hold on to any reserve energy (fat) as much as it can. In other words eating one large meal a day results in a slowing metabolism and your body trying to burn as few calories as possible, which is exactly the opposite of what the person doing it was hoping for. On the other hand if you eat small meals 5-6 times a day, it tells your body that food is plentiful. As a result metabolism increases and you will burn more calories.

2) Avoid Doing The Same Exercise. Have it ever happened to you, when you first join a gym or start with some kind of exercise programme, and you see great results the first few days or weeks, but it seems the more time goes on the lower the results you get? The reason for this extremely frustrating occurrence is the fact that our bodies are very good at adapting. When you first started running, it was something your body hasn't done much in recent times, and so you expanded a lot of energy. But as time went on your body has adapted and is now spending less and less energy every time you run. How should you combat this? By switching your exercises, as well as varying intensity. Run 3 miles one day, do some tabata squats the next, etc. By changing exercise and intensity at which they are performed, you can keep your body from adapting, which results in a higher amount of energy spent.

3) Avoid Not Taking Supplements. Supplements can greatly speed up ones weight loss, which is why not taking them can be a mistake. For example AcaiBurn can improve weight loss by as much as 450% compared to just diet and exercise alone. I am sure you can see how not taking advantage of such a product would be a deadly mistake.
