Fat Loss and Diet Fasting

There are a large variety of diets you may choose from for fat loss. But have you ever tried diet fasting to burn fat and get rid of extra pounds?

Diet fasting is ideal especially for those who want to quickly lose weight without any exercising. If you have tried many diets before but attained no remarkable results then diet fasting is just for you!
It really works for everyone! But it is important to consult a doctor before starting this diet. Especially if you have some health problems, be very careful!

Diet fasting is usually based on water or juice. It may last from a few days to a few weeks. But it would be better you follow a dietician's recommendations. A specialist can make even an individual diet plan for you taking into consideration your current health. Diet fasting should be done very carefully in order to avoid the feelings like low energy and weakness.

Why is diet fasting more effective than other diets?

Fasting is helpful not only in burning fat and losing excessive calories, but also in detoxifying body. In other words, a water or juice fast cleans your body of toxins and waste products of metabolism. Therefore you may lose at least 2 pounds just in a day.
Besides, you will regain the lost weight unless you get rid of those metabolic residue backed up in your body. Why? - Because practice shows that the body with toxins and metabolic wastes is more likely to become obese/overweight than the body cleaned of.

Water Diet fasting:

During this fast a dieter should consume only water. You may add some honey or lemon juice if you want. So starting from morning you should drink 6-8 cups of water a day. The more water you consume, the more wastes and toxins will be flushed out. If properly done you will feel more energetic after such a water fast.
Specialists recommend dieting for 24 or 36 hours only, if you are beginner. So go on a fast once a week. After a while, you may try to fast for 3-4 days. In this way, you may gradually increase the number of fasting days up to 30 days.

Juice Diet fasting:

This fast is based on fruit and/or vegetable juice. It means you should drink only juice throughout a day. It is better to consume juices separately to get maximum results. For example, do not mix carrot and apple juice.
Both of these diets work, though water Fasting is more effective. After you have finished fasting you should pay attention to your daily diet. Try to exclude all fast and junk foods from your nutrition.
