Turn On Your Fat Burning Machine Inside of Your Body

Most people wish they knew the secret to losing fat easily and quickly. They struggle with all kinds of methods that don't work and end up giving up hope that they'll ever have the body that they want. But I'm here to tell you that you don't need to give up hope because there IS a secret method to losing fat easily and quickly, and I'm going to share it with you today.

This secret formula is called EPOC, which stands for Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption, and if you know how to use it right, you'll never have a hard time burning fat again.

In fact, if you exercise in the right way, you can keep this EPOC process going for hours or even DAYS after you've finished working out, meaning that from just one short workout session, you can get 48-72 hours worth of fat burning results.

Simply put, EPOC refers to the process whereby your body has to keep on burning fat even after you've finished working out in order to repair all of the stress that you've placed on your muscles and restore itself to its natural, resting state.

So what's the best way to induce EPOC with your exercise? Easy. Instead of focusing on doing long workouts, you want to focus on doing intense workouts. So you want to ditch the long, slow cardio and instead do short interval training sessions that keep your metabolism 'guessing' by alternating between high and low intensity periods of exercise.
